593IA Evolutiva builds Artificial Intelligence systems for Academia, Business, and Entrepreneurs across Ecuador and Latin America, grouped into three categories: research and scientific publishing, business strategy and automation, and agile tools for growing businesses.
The contracting process begins with an inquiry (via WhatsApp, email, or the site form), followed by a proposal or quote detailing scope, timeline, and price. The service is considered contracted once you accept that proposal in writing and — where applicable — make the agreed payment.
Prices published on the site (for example, "from $19," "from $69," "from $350") are expressed in United States dollars and are indicative: the final price depends on the specific scope agreed with you. Prices may be updated without prior notice; the price in effect at the time of your formal quote is the one that applies to your contract.
Each solution published in our catalog has its own guarantee terms, described alongside the corresponding service (for example, the commitment to keep working until results are achieved in Academia, or the no-extra-cost adjustment commitment in Business and Entrepreneurs). These specific terms, accepted at the time of contracting, take precedence over any general implied warranty.
The timelines mentioned on the site (for example, 48–72 hours, 7 days, 15 days) are indicative and apply to a standard scope. The final timeline is confirmed in the accepted proposal or quote, and may vary depending on project complexity or the availability of information on your end.
The website, its design, brand, content, and proprietary methodologies of 593IA Evolutiva are owned by us or our licensors. Deliverables developed specifically for you under a contract are governed by that contract; unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your business information and data, and 593IA retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, and base systems.
We treat as confidential any business information you share with us to deliver the service, and we expect the same reciprocal treatment regarding our methodologies and internal materials.
We work with technical and professional rigor, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as an exact sales figure) beyond the commitments expressly described in each service's guarantee. To the extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
Cancellation and refund terms are defined in the accepted proposal or quote for each service, since scope and payment structure vary by product. If you have any questions before contracting, ask us directly.
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to compromise its security, or to scrape its content in an automated way without prior written authorization.
The site links to WhatsApp, Calendly, and social media to facilitate contact. Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policy, independent of 593IA Evolutiva.
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulations. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the version in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Quito, Ecuador.
