Yes. The $890 installation is a complete service on its own: you keep the diagnostic, the LOPDP kit, the configured assistants and the roadmap. The subscription is for those who want someone sustaining the progress, not for those who only need the starting point.
It is quoted separately, or you move up to the Consultor de Cabecera plan, which includes three. We would rather say so upfront than stretch the scope and deliver worse.
None, and that is deliberate. All the value arrives as asynchronous deliverables: panel, report, verdicts, library and documents. That is what lets it cost $189 rather than $800. If you need conversation, the Consultor de Cabecera plan exists for exactly that.
The installation at the start. The subscription on the same day each month via DeUna with a QR code. We send the reminder with the code three days before the cut-off date.
