593IA Evolutiva, RUC 1802286300001, domiciled in Quito, Ecuador ("593IA", "we", "us"), is the controller responsible for the personal data we collect through this website (593ia.com) and associated contact channels (WhatsApp Business, email, online scheduling).

We collect personal data in the following scenarios:

• WhatsApp contact: phone number, profile name, and the content of the conversation you start with us.
• Email: your email address and any data you include when writing to contacto@593ia.com.
• Site form: name, the type of solution you're interested in, and the message you write in the "Tell us briefly" field.
• Online scheduling (Calendly): name, email, and time slot, once this service is active.
• Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and time spent, collected automatically via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to: respond to your inquiries and quote services; deliver and follow up on contracted services; send you relevant information about your request; measure and improve the website's performance; and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal effects on you, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We process your data based on your express consent (by writing to us or filling out a form), the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship you request, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to 593IA Evolutiva.

• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — Ireland / United States, for conversations started via WhatsApp.
• Calendly LLC — United States, once online scheduling is active.

These transfers take place under the safeguard mechanisms and contractual clauses that each provider publicly offers for the international processing of personal data.

7. Your Rights

Under Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP), you can exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access — know what data of yours we hold.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
